The funny thing with the Angat Dam is that it’s such a sensitive mofo. It rains a little and they have to release water or burst the dam; it stays dry for awhile and the next thing you know, they’re saying it’s critical. Seriously. It’s like you can never make the damned dam happy.

Now, we’re all guaranteed to be unhappy; unhappy and, unfortunately, unwashed. Apparently, Maynilad has started rationing water throughout its service area. Prolly won’t be totally dry tho’ but, damn! whatta bummer, right?

However, since we can’t really do anything about it – and it seems none of the usual protest groups seem particularly keen on disrupting the honeymoon – we just gotta grin and bear it.
