Seryna

You know your sashimi is gonna be expensive when it has real greenery and not that plastic grass thing called baran. This particular salmon is from this restaurant called Seryna (2277 Chino Roces Avenue, Makati City). It’s in the same place as Little Tokyo is, but it doesn’t open out into the courtyard.
