Is she, or isn’t she?

The COMELEC today filed a Motion for Judicial Determination of the Medical Condition of former President Gloria Macapagal Arroyo, together with a request for the issuance of subpoenas to produce her medical abstracts, and for her attending physicians to testify on her present medical condition.
