The onset of what would turn out to be a four-month quarantine proved to be no obstacle to the staff of the COMELEC’s Education and Information Department to push forward with the production of the COMELEC’s newsletter – diario COMELEC. Since then, there have been four issues, and I’ve reproduced the covers here.
